This large oven thermometer shows 50 to 300C, so you can check the oven's true heat before the roast goes in. The metal body and clear dial are easy to read through the glass door, and the wide base lets it sit on a rack or hang from one.
Use it in gas or electric
Slip it into a gas or electric oven when you want the temperature to match the knob. It's handy for bread, chicken, and anything that needs steady heat, because a few degrees can change the result. No batteries. No buttons.
Check from rack to rack
The oversized face makes quick work of a busy kitchen, especially when you're juggling trays or checking multiple shelves. You can move it where you need it, then pull it out by the top loop when the pan comes out hot.
